About Me

   My name is Jenna and I am a DONA trained labor Doula working towards certification.  I am based out of Lake Oswego, Oregon and serve women within the Greater Portland Metro area. I have been enamored with birth since I first realized that I wanted to work with childbearing women in 2004. After giving birth to my son Elijah in 2009 at home in my bathtub I finally felt like I was ready to offer support to women and their families during this incredibly special time. I attended my third birth in December and am looking forward to the many births to come!

   I believe that every woman who wants a doula should have one. I know from my personal experience that having a strong supportive woman by your side in labor can make a world of difference. I want to help you make your birth experience everything that you want it to be, I want to help protect your memory of it~ this is my goal. I strive to support women no matter where they birth, no matter the style of birth they desire. Labor and childbirth is something that women remember for the rest of their lives and my intention is to help it be a happy memory. Together we can work to make your birth unforgettable!
